It can work alongside any other texture pack you want, and in addition, doesn’t need any mods installed apart from Optifine. Needless to say, this isn’t a pack you’d use all the time, as it makes the majority of blocks invisible. The use of this texture pack is forbidden on most multiplayer servers, and for good reason – but of course there’s nothing wrong with using this pack in your own single-player worlds if that’s the way you prefer to play.
